Name: Vasilev, Kalin
Position: Managing Director – ISTQB Certified Test Manager

Bio: Kalin is a co-founder of ORM.BG Ltd., Bulgaria and Head of the sqa-service.com. He has over 4 years experience in software testing. Kalin worked as a lead QA engineer in several projects for Bulgarian government – www.brra.bg, www.egov.bg, www.nap.bg, www.mvr.bg and www.bnb.bg. His experience is based over the projects for Shell Int., DHL, Microsoft corp., EHA corp. Germany and other international companies.
Now, Kalin is managing a team for software testing and together they are one of the leaders in outsourcing SQA services in Bulgaria. Currently he is a Chairman of Bulgarian Association for Software Testing.

Position: Business Development Manager – ISTQB Certified Advanced Test Analyst
Bio: Vasil has more than 10 years of experience in both Quality Assurance and Quality Management. His profound understanding of the processes and broad technical expertise make him a key team player for our team.
Vasil is deeply committed to quality of delivered solutions and performed services. He has great sense of paying attention to details, and possesses the ability to turn a vague concept into a creative solution.

Name: Paskaleva, Gergana

Position: Tech Leader of SQA team
Bio: Gergana is a QA Engineer with 4+ years of experience in quality assurance and system testing. She possesses additional qualification in data center management domain with testing KVM-over-IP and Serial-over-IP switches.
Gergana is extremely responsible and performance oriented. She pays great attention to details which makes her a valuable contributor to all QA projects. Expertise in Action Based Scripting, Long haul Performance testing, requirements and specifications reviews

Position: Leader of code review team
Bio: Stefan has an experience in software quality assurance and software development over 6 years. His power is in automation testing and managing our SQA team in the last 2 years. Stefan executed an automation testing for Bulgarian National Bank (www.bnb.bg), Bulgarian ministry of interior (www.mvr.bg), DHL international (www.dhl.com), and many other companies from different countries.
